The company has built its own cleanroom with a cleanliness level of 10,000, which is specially designed for precise assembly. It has also introduced fully automatic optical inspection (AOI) and AI visual screening systems to achieve a closed-loop management throughout the entire process from micro display modules to complete assembly.
- Full life cycle management: Strictly implement the ISO 9001:2025 international quality management system and promote the “zero defect” management culture. Every pair of AI glasses undergoes more than 200 process inspections before leaving the factory, including extreme tests such as high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, simulated drops, lens wear resistance, and radio frequency signal stability.
- Technical certification barriers: The product has passed authoritative certifications such as SRRC, CE, FCC, and RoHS, and significantly exceeds industry standards in key indicators such as optical transmittance, latency performance, and wear resistance of the wearing structure.
